Review Process

In our journal, the manuscripts are peer-reviewed by independent Reviewers, and they have assured acceptance when the proposals are positive. The journal issues are available online to download. We are a long-archiving journal known for qualitative research analysis.

Early review process:

The Editor-in-chief evaluates every manuscript for the relevant content, and the topic is available for considering the article to be published in IJHSIMS. The manuscripts which do not quench the minimum standards of consideration will be returned to the authors within a week of submission. IJHSIMS wishes authors to learn about the research gap evidently to make their manuscript's quality perfect. This is ideal for the authors since they may choose to either fix the issues or present the article to a different venue, preventing delays from a drawn-out review process that is still likely to result in rejection.

Peer-review process:

When the manuscript has cleared the initial review, it will be passed to the Associate Editor, who chooses multiple witnesses according to their proficiency in the subject matter in exact specializations. A minimum of two Reviewers assess each work as part of a double-blind peer review procedure, during which both the researchers and the Reviewers stay unnamed. Referees are expected to assess the article based on its innovation, creativity, clarity, coherence, importance, methodology integrity, scope of research, and applicability to design approaches. On Reviewers' proposal, the manuscript may be categorized in any one of the following: Reconsidering After Serious Revision, Rejection, Acceptance, and Reconsider After Second Class Revision. Referees are requested to wrap up their assessments within 1-2 weeks to allow for early publishing. The Associate Editor recommends to the Editor-in-Chief whether the work should be accepted after compiling the Reviewers' reports.

Recommendations:

The Editor-in-Chief finally decides on the manuscript's acceptance based on the reviewer's report and the associate Editor's recommendation, announcing it to the author. The overall result may be "Decline Submission," "Revisions Needed," "Resubmit for Assessment," or "Accept Submission." In 10 days following the verdict, a revised manuscript should indeed be submitted again. This will typically be sent back to the initially assigned judges for review. Before being approved, the manuscripts may undergo numerous rounds of evaluation if the Editorial Board recommends them. The respective authors of the contributions that qualified must be informed. The Editorial board's decision and the Reviewers' review comments determine whether a manuscript will ultimately be accepted. The review procedure may take 1 to 2 weeks when the manuscript is formally approved, according to the number of needed review cycles. If a manuscript is ultimately approved following this thorough evaluation process, the Editorial Board will decide what issue it will be published in, and the author will be notified of such a choice.

Peer-review Purpose:

To assist in the choosing of high-quality papers for publication to weed out studies and investigations that were improperly planned, organized, and carried out, the following criteria will be used:

The manuscript's approach and its scientific quality and validity.
The manuscript's relevancy - choose pieces that the readers will find most interesting.
To make every effort to enhance the manuscript.
To prevent deception and lawbreaking in academic and scientific areas.
Offer Editors the information they need to assess if articles match the requirements for their specific publishing.

Final Proof of Manuscript:

For the hassle-free download of the manuscript, one set of documents (PDF files) will be sent by email. It could be modified; Adobe Reader version 7 or other higher versions need to edit the document. Authors may list the errors and send them to IJHSIMS in an email to those who don't want to use the PDF modifications feature. Provide any adjustments and include the reference number. If this cannot be feasible for whatever reason, then print off the copy and make any necessary adjustments and remarks. Next, scan the documents that need to be corrected and send them back through email within 5 days. Kindly utilize this proof to ensure the content, tables, and figures are typeset, edited, accurate, and proper. Unless prior approval is provided, new forms of expression to the manuscript that the publisher has previously accepted will not be considered at this time. It is crucial to send all revisions to us through a single communication; therefore, please double-check before responding, as the inclusion of any additional modifications cannot be ensured. The liability of proofreading falls entirely on the authors. You should be aware that the IJHSIMS will publish your paper if you don't respond within 7 days.

The primary objectives of the peer review procedure are to ensure the best premium and guarantee that research findings are reported in the most precise and honest ways feasible.
