Copyright Infringement

All complaints regarding alleged copyright violations ought to be sent to the Editor at ijhsimsjournal@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright Infringement." The claims should be supported by written documentation demonstrating that the identical version was published, copyrighted, or patent-protected by the harmed party prior to the date the relevant IJHSIMS article was issued. If the claim is accepted, the IJHSIMS Board notifies the authors of the IJHSIMS to submit an explanation, and the conversation is open, including both participants.

The legality of any of these claims will be decided solely by the IJHSIMS Board. Following consideration, the manuscript in issue will be deleted from all IJHSIMS archives and databases if it is determined that the claim is true. The article will not appear in any further print editions of the relevant issue. The authors will be notified to make the necessary revisions in accordance with the IJHSIMS article correction procedures if the necessary changes are minor, especially the addition of references. The modified edition will be peer-reviewed in the exact same way as any other regular submission and published in the precise same issue of the related volume. All infringement concerns will be dealt with as soon as possible. If the claim is substantiated by recorded proof, a response email will be sent within three business days.
