A crucial component of the International Journal of Humanities Science Innovations and Management Studies (IJHSIMS) includes an Editorial board member. The primary responsibility of a journal Editor is to advance scholarly endeavours in the speciality area connected to the publication while also marketing it as the greatest publication venue. The journal Editor must build a trustworthy panel of professional Reviewers and motivate both upcoming and existing authors to contribute papers. Additionally, Editors must make absolutely certain that any criticism of writers is appropriate and provide feedback to Reviewers as needed.
