Publication Ethics

Ensuring trustworthy and excellent academic and scientific research publications, widespread faith in scientific discoveries, and ensuring researchers are given recognition for their contributions and ideas, there are some ethical requirements for publishing.

Plagiarism:

IJHSIMS is dedicated to publishing exclusively original content across every one of its articles, which is content that hasn't already been published or is currently being reviewed elsewhere. A plagiarism sentence will be applied to any manuscripts discovered to have been lifted verbatim from another author's work, whether it has been published or not.

Duplicate Submissions:

Sanctions for duplicate submissions shall be applied to manuscripts discovered to have been released elsewhere or in another review process. Authors who have utilized their previous work that was published or work that is presently being reviewed for the foundation for a submitted article must cite the earlier work and explain how their new work goes above and beyond what was previously done.

Improper Author Contribution:

All mentioned authors need to have contributed significantly to the research in the paper and given their consent for all of its assertions. Acknowledging everybody who made a major scientific contribution, especially lab personnel and pupils, is crucial.

Redundant publication:

In repetitive publications, research findings are improperly split up into many papers.

Citation Manipulation:

Citation manipulation penalties apply for submitted papers which are discovered to contain citations which are primarily intended to boost the number of citations to a certain author's research or to publications that appeared in a specific journal.

Data Fabrication & Falsification:

Data fabrication and falsification penalties will apply to all submitted articles that are discovered to contain either fabricated or misrepresented experimental findings, especially the modification of photographs.

Penalty: The fact whether the infractions happened in a publication that IJHSIMS publishes or not, the subsequent guidelines shall be implemented if there have been any verified breaches against any of the IJHSIMS mentioned above policies:

Dismissal of the problematic paper without delay.
The instant denial of any future submissions by each of the authors of the infringing work in any publication published by IJHSIMS.
A restriction of every author, either alone or together with other authors of the infringing paper, as well as jointly with any other authors, from submitting any new work to the IJHSIMS. This ban will remain in place for at least two years.
The ineligibility of any author to serve on the IJHSIMS Editorial Board.

The publisher maintains the freedom to apply further limitations above those mentioned above in instances when the violations of the rules, as mentioned earlier, are thought to be extremely insulting or egregious.

Repository policies:

Policies outline who is allowed to use the features, the kind of content stored, the terms and conditions of accessibility, and maintenance measures.

Content policy:

The International Journal of Humanities Science Innovations and Management Studies' journal collections are IJHSIMS Research Explorer and IJHSIMS Research Archive. (IJHSIMS).
The IJHSIMS Research Explorer contains data on personnel, tasks, and publications related to ongoing investigations.
The IJHSIMS Research Archive has papers that are good enough to be gathered and kept by the Library yet have not been under the Editorial supervision of a profit-making publisher. Research reports, briefing documents, doctorate theses and dissertations, master's projects, and out-of-print books are among the collections.

Submission Policy:

Only authorized participants of the International Journal of Humanities Science Innovations and Management Studies (IJHSIMS) or its authorized representatives may deposit things.
Only the creator's original work may be submitted for archival.
Administrators check simply if writers or depositors are eligible and whether the work is relevant to the scope.
The depositor is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of contributions.
While items may be placed at any moment, they won't be made available to the general public until after any publisher's embargo term has passed.
The authors/depositors are solely responsible for any copyright breaches.
The appropriate article could be deleted right away if administrators are provided with proof of an infringement of copyright.

Data policy:

Accessibility to all things is free for everyone.
In general, copies of complete objects may be:
  • copied, exhibited, carried out, and distributed to third parties in any manner or medium.
  • despite asking permission or paying a fee, utilized for non-commercial, academic or private study or investigation reasons, provided that the material is not altered in any way.
A few complete objects have their own unique tags with various rights, permissions, and restrictions.

Metadata policy:

The metadata is freely available to everyone.
If the OAI Identifier and a URL for the actual metadata records are supplied, the metadata can be republished in any media for non-profit purposes without prior consent.
Lacking express written consent, the metadata won't be utilized again for profit-making reasons in any format.

Preservation policy:

The items will be kept around forever, and we'll work to keep them accessible and readable.
Consistently restore the information in accordance with industry standards.
All items are kept in their original bit streams and any enhanced versions.
Articles/content may be taken down according to the author's or copyright holder's demand; however, it is highly advised against.
