License Terms

By submitting a paper to IJHSIMS Open for publication, I confirm that:

I am sanctioned to execute these deals, and I get consent from my co-authors
On account of both myself and my co-authors, I guarantee that:
  • The manuscript is unique, has not yet been authentically published in another peer-reviewed publication, is not being considered by another publication, and does not violate any prevailing copyright or even other third-party interests.
  • I am/we are the only author(s) of the manuscripts who have the entire power to go into this contract, and we are not in violation of any further moral responsibility by granting access to Springer;
  • The manuscript includes not anything illegal, factually inaccurate, and that, if published, might lead to a violation of the agreement, of confidentiality, or a pledge given to secret;
  • I/we took great care to ensure the manuscript's integrity. To the best of my/our - and generally recognized scientific - knowledge, any assertions professing to be truths are genuine, as well as any equation or guideline provided in the manuscripts will not create any hurt, adverse, or destruction to the users if followed precisely.
If the paper is accepted to be published, I and all co-authors acknowledge that it will be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0. Suppose the manuscript must be disseminated in the public sphere by law. In that case, I/we will tell IJHSIMS when it is submitted, and the piece will be shared under the Creative Commons 1.0 Public Domain Dedication disclaimer. Sections 1 and 2 of this licensing arrangement employ and dominate whether the manuscript is published underneath the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 or the Creative Commons 1.0 Public Domain Dedication disclaimer.
